Skate Day Camp
July 8 – 12, 2024
Camp runs daily from 9:30am – 12:00pm
Students will be evaluated on the first day of camp to determine their skill level. This camp is for all skill levels and ages, whether you have little to no experience riding a skateboard or you are ready to learn kick flips.
Please drop students off between 9am and 9:30. Camp will start promptly at 9:30am.
All ages are welcome. All students will need a quality skateboard, a helmet, and a refillable water bottle. Other pads (knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards) are recommended. All students are required to sign a waiver prior to the start of camp.
A limited number of skateboards and helmets are available for students who need them, but please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have enough equipment.
Cost $185 per student.
Parking
The north end of the skatepark is under construction for a new parking lot, our best advice for parking and entering the park would be to park on the street on Robert D. Ray Dr on the East side of the river. Then walk/skate across the Women of Achievement Bridge and enter the park from the South. Or you can find street parking on the west side of the river and enter the park from the south.
