Skate DSM is partnering with the city of Ankeny to offer Skateboard Lessons at Ankeny Skatepark this Summer.
Skateboarding I will cover safety and skateboard basics for beginners. Required equipment: skateboard and helmet. Wrist guards, knee and elbow pads are strongly recommended. This course will be led by Skate DSM.
Skateboarding II is ideal for beginners who want to continue after Skateboarding I. Required equipment: skateboard and helmet. Wrist guards, knee and elbow pads are strongly recommended. This course will be led by Skate DSM.
Classes will be held at Ankeny Skatepark, 1400 NW Prairie Ridge Dr and run in July on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three weeks.
